How to relax during a test or timed-essay, quick and easy.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, exhale, at the same time imagining the number 10 disappearing at the same time. Take a deep breath, exhale, now instead of 10 imagine the number 9 disappearing at the same time.Keep doing the same thing until you get to zero.

*My English teacher taught us this when she noticed us being too stressed about the In-Class Essay, so, thank you teacher!*
